POSTPARTUM PLANNING SESSION
We sit down together before baby arrives, with some dedicated time and provocations to get you thinking about your ideal postpartum, what supports you can call on both practically and emotionally, your vision for how you want to feel and how you can achieve a slow and supported postpartum. This is included with any ongoing doula package, but can be purchased as a stand alone planning session
$300 (2 hours)
All dishes are designed to replenish a freshly postpartum body. While meals are predominately organic and vegetarian (so they are easily digestible), they may contain bone broth to promote healing and recovery. Please let Rowena know if you have any special dietary requirements and she will happily accommodate. Your postpartum care is all about you :)
