  • Postpartum Planning Session

Generally speaking, a lot of planning is focused around pregnancy and childbirth, but not much time is spent planning your ideal postpartum. This session is designed for you to set aside some time to get a robust plan for the weeks and months following the arrival of your baby, so that amongst the haze and exhaustion of life with a newborn, you are able to receive the right kind of support from those who love you, in ways that suit both your needs and your wishes.

Discussion topics might include: Your ideal postpartum, meal planning and setting up a meal train, navigating changes in relationships, love languages, common feelings and challenges that arise during the first few weeks postpartum, self-care and ritual, finding your own rhythm and intuition in parenting, establishing healthy boundaries, the art of asking for help, normal newborn behaviour, feeding and settling support, supporting older siblings in making this monumental transition, division of labour in the home and returning to work, getting enough rest.

This is a one-off 90 minute session that can be done in your home, over a coffee or online. It is a great step in having the postpartum of your dreams and feeling like you and your partner are well equipped for the arrival of your baby.
