A no obligation meet and greet to get to know each other, which can be done online, over the phone or in person. Hiring a doula is so personal and it is important we are the right fit for one another. We will discuss what you are hoping for in your birth and what you envision your doula support to look like, how I might be able to support you and to make sure our values align.

3x Antenatal visits, On call from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby, Labour & Birth support, 2x three hour Postnatal visits including lunch on day of visit, a nourishing meal, snacks to support breastfeeding and a healing warm drink. Further to these designated sessions together, I am accessible via text, phone or email for ongoing support through your pregnancy from the time you decide to engage my services.

We sit down together before baby arrives, with some dedicated time and provocations to get you thinking about your ideal postpartum, what supports you can call on both practically and emotionally, your vision for how you want to feel and how you can achieve a slow and supported postpartum. This session can be added on as a fourth prenatal session to my Birth Doula Package
